Welcome to the 1st annual Baltimore on the Prairie Gathering or
the 17th annual continuation of Baltimore on the Prairie!

The Fairfield by Marriott will be the new home for the Baltimore on the Prairie Gathering in Leavenworth Kansas. Leavenworth is Kansas' "First City" and sits along the Missouri River. It is only 30 miles from the Kansas City airport.

2026 Registration:

Registration is open as of 9-14-2025.

List any special needs: dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs, etc.
A $150 deposit is fully refundable* prior to March 1, 2026.
The Fairfield does have ADA accessible rooms. Please contact the hotel,

(913) 758-9303, for specific details on the accessible rooms.
When making hotel reservations, specify any requests for adjoining rooms with friends or any other lodging requests.

*(Credit card fees can not be refunded).

The BOTP Gathering Sessions:

Both Sessions are 2 days in length.
Session A is Wed & Thurs, Sept 16 and 17, 2026.
Session B is Fri and Sat, Sept 18 and 19, 2026.
The entire Gathering is Wed- Sat, Sept 16-19, 2026.

Registration Costs:

Registration fee includes stitching space, lunch and gratuities for lunch, beverages and snacks. (Hotel breakfast is included in the room rate).
Registration may be for Session A, Session B or both Sessions.

Transportation:

Parking is free at the Fairfield
Click the "Airport Transportation" heading at the top of the page for shuttle information.

Meals:

Breakfast will be the hotel breakfast and is included in your hotel reservation.
Lunch will be buffets provided by a popular local restaurant; included in the registration fee.
Supper will be on your own. Ride sharing to local restaurants will be available for those attendees who do not have vehicles. Details will be released at a later date.

Snacks during the day will be provided.

Payment Information:

A $150 deposit is required at the time of registering.
The remaining balance of the registration fee is due June 1, 2026.
If registering after June 1, 2026, the entire registration fee is required.
If desired, payments may be made throughout the year. Contact Administrator for details.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing or through email.
The full deposit (less credit card fees) will be refunded prior to March 1, 2026.
$100 of the deposit will be refunded between March 1 and June 1, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026.
Registrations may be transferred and there will be a $25 transfer fee.

Payment Options:

Payment may be made by check, cash, money order or credit card.
To pay by check or money order, click on the Registration tab at the top of the page, print the form, fill out, enclose the deposit and mail.
To pay via credit card by phone, have your registration information available and call Tresa Jones at 785-294-0625. A registration form will be filled out for you and your credit card information entered into QuickBooks. There will be a 10% service charge added to cover credit card processing fees.
To be billed by invoice, either mail (mailing address below) or scan and email the completed registration form to Tresa Jones at mjones1@carsoncomm.com. An invoice will be created and emailed through QuickBooks that will include a "view and pay invoice" button which will lead you to a secure form to enter your credit card information. Again, there is a 10% service charge to cover processing fees.
Checks may be made out to either Tresa Jones or Baltimore on the Prairie.
