2021 Registration and Payment Information
To register by paying with check or money order:
Click on the button below to download the form which can then be printed. Complete the form, enclose your deposit or payment and mail to the address on the form.
To register by paying with credit card:
1. By phone, have your registration form information available and call Tresa Jones at 785-294-0625. A form will be filled out for you and your credit card information will be taken.
2. Either mail or scan and email a completed registration form to Tresa Jones at . An invoice will be created and emailed that will include a "view and pay invoice" button which will lead you to a secure form to enter your credit card information.
After your initial deposit or payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation and copy of your invoice by regular mail. Confirmation of subsequent payments will be sent via email unless otherwise requested.
